Attorney Lutz Auffenberg advises financial service providers regarding regulation and licenses required (such as a BaFin license). German law requires those licenses for most businesses dealing with cryptocurrencies (such as Bitcoin and Litecoin). Lutz is one of three WINHELLER attorneys that have worked on challenging domestic and international Bitcoin cases.
